actually, in BC you don't, but in alberta, we had to do that.

and Jared, if you are doing across multiple provinces, you must buy a new one at each province.

i went to bc

asked for a 4 day transportation permit, you pay by day. paid in bc for one.

that was good for 4 days. until i brought it home.

this is jsut what we were told when we bought our permit in BC.
I guess you have to talk to the insurance people there Cam. be ready for anything I guess.

you go to tyee, he'll tell you to go around the corner, to the insurance place and buy a transportation permit

that insurance place gets so much business from tyee is rediculous.

its a permit for however long you buy it for.

you tape it to your front and back windows, it says the date effective to the date expired

i never said i wouldnt buy RHD i just said i hate how people make a big deal of it.

I didnt plan on buying RHD as my next car i actually wanted a Subaru STi,

mostly what changed my mind is i had to except the fact i could not find an AWD car turbocharged with alot of options that was rust free and low kms in my price range.

i mean gotta admit you get a lot of a car for your money with jdm

no, I went to look at the black toyota celsior and the white celsior that are on kijiji.

you do know that a out of province permit isnt valid in sask right i ran in to that problem with my itr when i brought it back the guy put a 5 day on it for me and when i got it to regina i found out that the manatoba permit wasnt valid so you need to get a sask one before you go pick it up and you need a alberta one aswell

and i wouldnt risk it cause then you have no insurance and if you hit something or someone hits you consider your gtr a track whore cause i dont think you could afford more debt to fix it

well ive gotten about 6 different opinions adrian says buy 4 day permit drive home no problem. Jared says do same thing but with sask insurance. you and marshal say buy new permit every province

well the cop let me go so i guess he didnt know his shi maybe but he told me to go to sgi and get a 24 hour

where you just cruising on a transport permit ? usually they are meant from point a to b.
