AGREED. The BMW club is honestly a joke, and so are all their displays in the majestics. Every year its the same. Except for the first year.. They think they are great becasue they have stupidly expensive new cars. They are just that, plane-jane cars. They are not enthusiast, they scoff at the older ones, and by that, I mean ones that are off-warranty.
Although Drew and Allan Fong in that club are some of the nicest people I have ever met.
I don't see the appeal in having new cars in a car show. They aren't even that special or anything

The Majestics group just takes in applications. honestly, Anything gets in, and that grand-am is just proof. Aslong as the vehicle is in nice shape, I can't see them refusing an applicant. Its money in their pocket, and the charities they support

who do i have to talk to about getting my 10 bucks back and tell them i was ebarased to be from the town that puts on a car show like that my dads friend from bc came down on the week end to visit and check out the show and he was like wtf kind of car show is this there are like only 20 nice cars and he lol'ed at the civic for sale and he asked the guy with the grand am why he deserved to be in the show it was awsome he said any modified car deserves a chance to be in the show i laughed at his face and walked away

i was not impressed at all with the carshow this year. I noticed a lot of cars werent even clean..

Or this mustang that was atleast 3 different shades of red and paint chips everywhere...



Or how about that burnt orange cadillac, the headlights looked terrible. all pitted and fogged up

any one notice the blue pontiac lurention the had the pontiac emblems on the back were on spelt wrong ponitac ! wtf

For everyone thats bitching, ya it wasn't great but as you can see anything gets in so build/buy whatever and put something in yourself...thats the only way shits gonna get better, not by bitching on the internetz.

well i agree i think im gunna put my car in next year why not it would have been one of the nicest import there if you ask me

why dont a bunch of us do this next year? 9 out of 10 of us have nicer cars than what was in that show...

thats what i said we would deff take home a few awards for the import section

The blue subaru wrx that was there was in the same category as the skyline. it lost to the skyline for best modified sport compact. dunno how. but thats how it rolled

how could it lose to a stock skyline ? that has a new turbo?

The show is the same every year, yet people always go, and people always complain about it. Atleast all the proceeds go to a good cause right? The real car shows are the ones that happen saturday nights during the summer
