Just wanted to express my hate for Auto Gallery since day 1, and now since this has happened I'm telling everyone to stay away!!!

I went in to Auto Gallery the other day to get an Oil Change, Tires rotated and the basic little jobs to get my car all topped off on everything, you know basic maintenance. After getting my car back and driving it for a few days i could tell something was wrong but couldn't put my finger on what whas going on. left for christmas and left my car for 5 days here. When i returned i went to go out and my car was running like SHIT! I could tell that the timing was off and my car was shaking at idle pretty aggressively !! I wen tot the car wash to wash it up when i saw near the bottom 2 vaccume hoses Un-hooked and hanging there. I plugged them back in and WALAAAA idle back to normal and car runs great. Shows you how good the techs. working on these cars are/ how much they care. I advise everyone to stay away no joke!!!

Sucks, I have heard a few things about Odometer Gallery before, but before you start ripping them apart remember who is working on your car. If its a basic oil change/rotation etc, its most likely a lube tech or someone that maybe isn't trained to do much more. Just a thought. Either way glad is was an easy fix.

oh true, true...but why would they be fooling around with anything else other than the oil under the hood???? you don't need to disconnect any of the V hoses to do any minor maintenance to my car lol...i dunno seems sketchy. I would almost rather drive up to saskatoon to get something major done now...

i know someone really well who personally worked there for a long time and he said some of the shit that happens there is really sketchy and that he would never buy a car from there...

Well I've seen them paint cars in-house to get them to sell, and they look good for awhile, then the paint almosts falls off.
I've heard stories of them taking good parts off customer's cars/good cars, and putting them on other cars. Then telling the customer something's wrong.
I've never been a huge fan of them, sketchy buisness indeed

Their old head mechanic was really good, I don't he works their anymore, probably one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met.

Sometimes dealers can then deny that there is no maintenance records for the car and then deny warranty. Which they shouldn't but just save your oil receipts when you buy oil then there should be no problem.

I think mr.lube's a dive two i got my oil changed in my truck there and they said they checked my diffs (even sprayed the nuts white for me) and i just took the front diff cover off and the diff had water in it and no oil
